SUPERIO-UT

SUPERIO-UT is a high heat-resistant engineering plastic films developed with Mitsubishi Plastics’ film-forming technology using ULTEM (Polyether

-imide resin) of GE Plastics (USA).

SUPERIO-UT是以SABIC的ULTEM(Polyether-imide)為原料，采用三菱樹(shù)脂獨(dú)特的壓膜技術(shù)，開(kāi)發(fā)出來(lái)的一款耐高溫工程塑料薄膜。

 

There are two types of product, conventionally ‘E-type’, and new product ‘F-type’. F-type is superior to E-type in solvent and heat resistance under the

stress. It is a heat-resistant insulation material that lends itself to use for the applications that are required solvent resistance.

目前有兩種型號(hào)"E-TYPE"和"F-TYPE"。"F-TYPE"的耐溫性能及耐腐蝕性更優(yōu)于"E-TYPE"

 

 

Characteristics  特性

1.Acquired UL-94V-0, VTM-0 with non-halogen

完全非鹵的阻燃材料并且取得了UL-94 V-0/VTM-0認(rèn)證

 

2.Mechanical properties 機(jī)械性能

－Excellent mechanical properties as an engineering plastics. (High tensile strength, crack-resistant)

的機(jī)械性能的工程塑料。 （抗拉強(qiáng)度高，抗裂）

 

3. Electrical properties 電氣性能

－Stable electrical properties (good low frequency characteristic and low temperature dependence)

穩(wěn)定的電氣特性（良好的低頻特性和低溫的依賴(lài)）

 

4. Heat resistance 耐熱性

－ Superior Glass transition temperature among the thermoplastic resin which is 200℃ or more.

   ?；瘻囟仍?00℃以上

－ When heated up to 210℃, change in dimens ion is small.

   在加熱到210℃以上的情況下，依然可以保持良好的尺寸穩(wěn)定性。

 

5. Chemical resistance 耐化學(xué)腐蝕性

－Excellent chemical resistance against aliphatic hydrocarbons, acid and dilute alkali.

  的耐化學(xué)性(脂肪烴，酸和稀堿)。

  Especially, F-type has high chemical resistance against Polar solvent.

  特別是F型具有很高的耐化學(xué)性對(duì)極性溶劑。

 

6. Weathering resistance 耐候性

－Good ultraviolet resisting property

  良好的抗紫外線(xiàn)性能。
