REXROTH RAC 2.2-200-460-A00-W1管道氣流干燥機(jī)就是采用這種調(diào)節(jié)方式,能量損失大,而且啟動(dòng)性能差。風(fēng)機(jī)葉片角度調(diào)節(jié)能量損失雖小,但結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,難調(diào)節(jié),很少采用。變速調(diào)節(jié)是風(fēng)機(jī)節(jié)能調(diào)節(jié)的有效方式,按調(diào)節(jié)原理又可分為電動(dòng)機(jī)調(diào)速、液力偶合器調(diào)速和黏液調(diào)速離合器調(diào)速。運(yùn)行中通過(guò)指令信號(hào)來(lái)控制和調(diào)節(jié)輸出轉(zhuǎn)速,可實(shí)現(xiàn)同步、調(diào)速、脫離三種工況運(yùn)行,是風(fēng)機(jī)較好的調(diào)速方式。只需在電動(dòng)機(jī)與風(fēng)機(jī)之間串接一個(gè)液黏調(diào)速離合器,電動(dòng)機(jī)按額定轉(zhuǎn)速運(yùn)行,風(fēng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速就可以根據(jù)干燥工藝進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)。
從流體力學(xué)得知,葉片式風(fēng)機(jī)風(fēng)量與轉(zhuǎn)速的一次方成正比,壓頭與轉(zhuǎn)速的平方成正比,軸功率與轉(zhuǎn)速的三次方成正比。當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)速下調(diào)時(shí),風(fēng)量減小,風(fēng)機(jī)軸功率大幅度下降,可產(chǎn)生明顯的調(diào)速節(jié)能效果。而且由于液黏調(diào)速離合器可以實(shí)現(xiàn)脫離、調(diào)速、同步三種工況,使風(fēng)機(jī)有極好的軟啟動(dòng)特性。可實(shí)現(xiàn)同步傳動(dòng),無(wú)速度損失,比其他調(diào)速方式具有更高的節(jié)能效果。
通過(guò)對(duì)液黏傳動(dòng)這一新型技術(shù)在鼓式削片機(jī)和管道氣流干燥機(jī)中應(yīng)用的初步探索,不難發(fā)現(xiàn),作為動(dòng)力與工作機(jī)之間的一種嶄新的傳動(dòng)裝置,對(duì)于改善大功率、大慣量設(shè)備的啟動(dòng)性能、調(diào)節(jié)性能、降低能耗等效果是明顯的。人造板生產(chǎn)設(shè)備種類繁多,如上料帶式輸送機(jī)、木片風(fēng)送機(jī)、熱磨機(jī)、長(zhǎng)網(wǎng)成型機(jī)等,而這些幾乎都是大功率、大慣量設(shè)備。如果選用或研制出適合的液黏傳動(dòng)元件去取代現(xiàn)有的動(dòng)力傳動(dòng)裝置和調(diào)速裝置,則在降低能耗,改善啟動(dòng)、運(yùn)行和調(diào)速性能等方面將會(huì)產(chǎn)生積極的作用。
應(yīng)用變頻技術(shù),改善送料質(zhì)量,節(jié)約能源。REXROTH RAC 2.2-200-460-A00-W1風(fēng)機(jī)變頻原理風(fēng)機(jī)的一個(gè)大特點(diǎn)就是通常負(fù)載轉(zhuǎn)矩與轉(zhuǎn)速的平方成正比,軸功率與轉(zhuǎn)速的立方成正比。在原設(shè)計(jì)中只能通過(guò)改變出口閥門開度來(lái)控制風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)風(fēng)量,并在溜槽供風(fēng)管路上分段設(shè)置兩個(gè)防風(fēng)點(diǎn),使得進(jìn)入系統(tǒng)的風(fēng)量不致過(guò)大。但當(dāng)閥門關(guān)小時(shí),風(fēng)阻增加,不能廣范圍調(diào)節(jié)風(fēng)量。另外在低風(fēng)量區(qū)域,軸功率減小不明顯,從節(jié)能的角度來(lái)看不適合于風(fēng)量、風(fēng)壓的控制。
